5th Anniversary Photos
On December 21st, we celebrated all day! After breakfast, we visited the tortoise sanctuary on the property, rode bikes outside of the resort, then hiked to get to an amazing overlook of the entire resort. Later, we celebrated with a bottle on Champagne on the beach in the very spot of our wedding. After watching the sunset, we had dinner at the Gauguin Restaurant in a private tiki-hut. How awesome is that!

We were very happy to see our friend, Ernestine. Five years ago, she was our wedding planner and stood in for us as a witness. We kept in touch over the years and enjoyed seeing her again this year. Galley Bay is an all-inclusive luxury resort sitting on a half mile of beach and tropical grounds. With less than 100 rooms, there was never a crowd. We were very close to the vacation home of Giorgio Armani and you see his little cottage (lol) on the very last photo.

'Three Little Birds' by Bob Marley was the first song we heard after getting married. The three little birds theme continued on this trip too! There are many colorful and interesting birds on Antigua which made bird watching fun. Most of these photos were taken from our balcony or on the resort grounds.
